Cooler weather is on the way, and so is one of our favorite growing seasons on the farm! Registration is now open for our Winter CSA, running for six weeks from November 24 through December 29.
If you love having fresh, locally grown vegetables on hand for cozy winter meals, holiday dinners, soups, roasted veggies, and everything in between, this session is for you.
What Can You Expect in Your Winter CSA Box?
One of the best parts of a CSA is that every week is a little different! Your box reflects what is growing and ready to harvest on the farm.
Throughout the six-week Winter CSA, veggie subscribers can expect a variety of seasonal produce, including everything from hearty root vegetables to fresh leafy greens.
And because we’re growing in Florida, winter doesn’t necessarily mean the end of our warm-weather favorites! Depending on the weather and harvest, you may also find vegetables like tomatoes and peppers tucked into your boxes, along with kitchen staples like potatoes.
Your weekly box may include a rotating selection of:
- Root vegetables
- Potatoes
- Leafy greens
- Lettuce
- Brassicas and other cool-season vegetables
- Tomatoes
- Peppers
- Herbs
- And other farm-fresh surprises as they’re ready to harvest!
As always, exact selections will depend on what’s growing best each week. That’s part of the fun of eating with the seasons!

That means you’ll have fresh produce coming your way throughout the holiday season — just in time for Thanksgiving leftovers, cozy December dinners, Christmas cooking, and those much-needed fresh meals between all the holiday treats.
When you join our CSA, you’re doing more than filling your refrigerator. You’re choosing to eat seasonally, supporting local agriculture, and helping us continue doing what we love here at Wesley Wells Farms: growing food and growing the next generation of agriculture.
Farm Pickup or Home Delivery
We make getting your weekly CSA box easy! When you register, you can choose the option that works best for your family:
Farm Pickup: Pick up your order right here at Wesley Wells Farms on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Home Delivery: Prefer to have your farm-fresh goodies come to you? We offer Tuesday home delivery throughout St. Johns County from approximately 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.
If you choose home delivery and won’t be home when we arrive, we recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs outside so we can keep your veggies, eggs, and other goodies cool and fresh until you get home.
Whether you come see us at the farm or let us bring the farm to your doorstep, we’ll make sure your weekly CSA order gets to you fresh and ready to enjoy!
